En Katherine Medina Decoration, nos comprometemos a preparar y despachar cada pedido con el mayor cuidado y en el menor tiempo posible. Una vez que el producto ha sido embalado y entregado a la agencia de envío correspondiente (USPS, UPS o DHL), se genera un número de seguimiento (tracking number) que será compartido con el cliente vía correo electrónico.

Importante: A partir del momento en que el paquete es entregado a la empresa de mensajería y se asigna el tracking, Katherine Medina Decoration no se hace responsable por pérdidas, robos, retrasos o daños ocasionados durante el proceso de transporte. Cualquier inconveniente relacionado con la entrega deberá ser gestionado directamente con la empresa de envío utilizando el número de seguimiento proporcionado.

Recomendamos a nuestros clientes estar atentos al tracking y asegurarse de que haya alguien disponible para recibir el paquete en la dirección suministrada.
